Gayle has an extensive background working with clients of all age groups presenting with a broad range of mental health issues, addictions, and simple life stresses. She has been very successful in helping hundreds of clients work through their issues and regain their healthy functioning free from compulsions, addictions, and various other forms of stressors and/or mental illness. As an experienced therapist and life coach she is able to work with clients presenting with a variety of issues and problems ranging from mild to severe and tailor each client's treatment services to meet their individual needs. Gayle has helped clients struggling with mood disorders and emotional instability, teaching these clients to use healthy
coping skills to improve their functioning and quality of relationships. She also works with families and couples, guiding them in the development of communication, social, and intimacy skills which are vital in helping people relate to one another confidently with increased trust and compassion. She provides a framework of caring, empathic, non-judgmental support, encouraging client’s to take an active role in their care, guiding their journey to a successful outcome and providing them with the tools and skills to remain successful and healthy long after services have stopped.
During the past 15 years, Gayle has provided clients with therapeutic, mental health counseling, and coaching services in a variety of settings including, in schools, community locations, clients’ homes, outpatient centers, domestic violence centers, and has worked for various social service agencies in office based settings. She has spent her career facilitating individual, family, couples and group therapy and life coaching sessions. Gayle has also developed and facilitated many Parenting Skills Classes / Groups, Anger Management Groups, and Support Groups with a variety of topics such as Women's Issues, Grief & Loss, Living with Chronic Illness, LGBT Issues, and Relationships.
